Curtidos Badia is a family business that has constantly improved production processes since it was first established in 1889 by its founder, Benet Badia.
The company is part of the historical Igualada Leather Cluster, which can be traced back to writings from 1340.
Nowadays, the company is led by the founder’s great-grandson, Xavier Badia, who has combined tradition and technology in order to guarantee the success and quality of our leather.

We still believe in the same foundational values and we continue to improve and innovate day after day. The confidence of over 150 years of experience proves that our business culture has evolved and has grown flexible to adapt to the contemporary world. Our respect for tradition and our philosophy of continuous improvement remain intact and have inspired the company since its beginnings.
