Curtidos Badia acts responsibly and promotes fair employment by applying the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ETI Base Code is a set of internationally acknowledged labour standards founded on the conventions of the International Labour Organization. This code is applied by companies and organizations in order to improve labour conditions around the world.<\/p>\n

1.Employment is freely chosen
\n2.Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
\n3.Working conditions are safe and hygienic
\n4.Child labour shall not be used
\n5.Living wages are paid
\n6.Working hours are not excessive
\n7.No discrimination is practiced
\n8.Regular employment is provided
\n9.No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed<\/p>\n
