The bovine hides we transform are a by-product of the food industry. Understanding their provenance is therefore not an administrative matter, but the first criterion for quality, traceability and animal welfare.
Traceability allows us to identify origin, maintain oversight throughout the process and provide our customers with verifiable information whenever they need it.
Not all raw materials offer the same assurances. We work with approved European suppliers who share our standards for quality, traceability and animal welfare.
Our supplier relationships are built for the long term. We share technical criteria, validation processes and a common level of rigor that allow us to maintain article consistency and meet the requirements of leading international brands.
Every batch is recorded with its provenance — documented traceability from the very first link in the chain.
Proximity facilitates monitoring, improves traceability and fosters a more direct relationship with our suppliers.
Shorter supply chains
All the hides we process come from Europe, and 60% originate in Catalonia. This proximity enables closer relationships with our suppliers and gives us better knowledge of the raw material’s origin.
EU regulations
We select raw materials originating from the food industry and work with suppliers who comply with European animal-welfare regulations. Choosing the right origin is part of our commitment to a responsible and traceable supply chain.
Every raw-material supplier undergoes an assessment based on origin, traceability, regulatory compliance and supply capacity. This is the only way to maintain consistent quality and provide our customers with verifiable information.
Once the raw material has been selected, the tanning process begins, transforming each hide into leather with the technical and aesthetic properties required by each project.
